Amy Charais, Director of Human Resources

Amy has worked in the field of human resource management for the past 25 years in manufacturing, telecommunications, and media. Amy has achieved Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.

Amy joined LaForce in 2017 as the Human Resources Director. Amy works in partnership with the human resources team to provide support to the organization. Responsibilities include talent management and development, benefit design, employee relations, and strategic human resource initiatives.

Amy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a degree in Human Resource Management. She is actively involved in the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (NEWMA), serving on the K-12 taskforce.  She also volunteers in the community and is a supporter of the YMCA of the Fox Cities.

Amy and her husband, Duane, have three children and five grandchildren. Outside of work, Amy enjoys boating, exercising, and cooking.
