Flexible Schedule

The majority of our office employees are able to choose a schedule that works for them, whether it is 7:00-3:30, or 8:00-5:00.

On-Site Clinic (Green Bay location)

We partner with Bellin Health to provide a full-service primary care clinic, staffed with a primary care service provider and nurse. This service is available at no cost to employees. Spouses and dependents on LaForce’s health insurance plan may also use the clinic.

On-Site Fitness Facility (Green Bay location)

We offer team members a convenient workout area at no cost, complete with locker rooms and showers.
