Brian Mannering, CEO/President

Brian has a proven executive management track record with over 35 years of experience driving sales and growth for LaForce. He began his career in the Shipping & Receiving department in 1987 and has held numerous positions in the company including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of LaForce. In 2007, Brian was named President of LaForce, and in 2016, he acquired the title of CEO.

A native of Green Bay, Brian believes the development of a community has a strong impact on the success of a company. He currently serves on the Council of Trustees at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, is an active supporter of the NEW Community Shelter, and previously served as a board member for the Green Bay Boys & Girls Club. Additionally, Brian encourages LaForce to support community efforts through corporate donations and employee volunteer activities.

Using his experience in the door, hardware, and security industry, Brian has led LaForce employees toward the common goal of providing customers with expert technical knowledge and door-opening solutions for life safety and building security. All while building a culture that promotes growth, community support, and collaboration.

Brian and his wife Amy have three adult children and have been blessed with two grandchildren. Social and physical activity are hallmarks to his lifestyle and he enjoys being outdoors, specifically on the golf course.
