Eric Hansen, CFO

Eric joined LaForce in 2014 and has played a crucial role in continuously implementing creative solutions and improving the Company’s financial processes. His leadership and goal-oriented focus have made it possible for LaForce to continue effectively advancing and expanding across the country, serving as a strategic business partner to embed data analytics and business intelligence throughout the business.

Prior to joining LaForce, Eric developed deep experience in accounting and financial processes receiving Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s of Science in Management, with a focus on Professional Accounting and Financial Reporting, at the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. After graduating, Eric received his CPA designation and spent time with large global and regional public accounting firms performing audit, attest, and consulting services before eventually landing back in his hometown of Green Bay, WI. In Green Bay, Eric has been active in the community holding Board and Committee positions with the First Tee of Northeast Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs.

Outside the office, Eric, his wife Katrina, and their daughter enjoy hiking, outdoor adventures, and traveling. When not with the family, you can find Eric getting his day started with a CrossFit workout or engaging in a friendly competition on the golf course.
