Michelle Todzy, Director of Human Resources

Michelle has worked in the field of human resource management and organizational development for the past 25+ years in the distribution, consumer packaged goods, transportation, and construction industries. Michelle has achieved Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.

Michelle joined LaForce in 2024 as the Human Resources Director. Michelle works in partnership with the human resources team to provide people operations support to the organization. Responsibilities include talent management and development, benefit design, employee relations, compliance, and strategic human resource initiatives.

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Akron with a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is involved in the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (NEWMA), serving on the K-12 taskforce.  She also is actively involved in her church community, St. Thomas More parish, in Appleton.

Michelle and her husband, Roger, have two children. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, puzzles, and relaxing at the lake.
