Oconto Falls Middle School, WI

Delivering Secure, High‑Quality Door, Frame, and Hardware Solutions for the New Oconto Falls Middle School

The School District of Oconto Falls undertook a major campus improvement initiative that included building the new Oconto Falls Middle School on its expansive 90+ acre site. The resulting 90,289‑square‑foot facility serves 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students and is designed with future expansion in mind, including plans for a dedicated 5th‑grade wing.

New Features

The two‑story classroom wing features flexible learning pods that promote collaboration and adaptability, while office areas throughout the school were carefully planned for both functionality and security. These administrative spaces include secure entrances, workrooms, nurse and SRO offices, conference rooms, and private offices to support safe and efficient daily operations. They also have athletic and wellness areas which include a full gym with two full cross courts, a multipurpose room, and a dedicated fitness center. In addition to constructing the new middle school, the same referendum that funded this project also supported upgrades to secure entrances and roof repairs across multiple district schools.

LaForce Supplied Product

LaForce played an integral role in the success of this project by partnering closely with the architect, general contractor, and district team from the earliest stages. Our team provided the project’s specification writing, as well as a full package of building solutions, including metal doors, metal frames, hardware, and wood doors with glass. LaForce conducted hardware pre‑installation to identify and resolve potential issues before construction began, allowing for a smoother and more efficient installation on the jobsite. We also furnished Division 10 specialties such as toilet accessories and visual display products.

One standout design feature LaForce contributed was the use of frosted glass, which added both visual appeal and functional privacy throughout the building. By leveraging strong vendor relationships, LaForce ensured high‑quality products, responsive support, and a seamless experience for the customer.
