We Are Open for Business and Ready to Help!
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve we want to assure you that we are open for business! While each state has different guidelines regarding stay-at-home orders, we have been adjusting our business structure in order to follow these guidelines and remain available to our customers – we want to make it possible for you to continue your operations.

Here are some helpful FAQs to help us navigate through this crisis together.

Are all LaForce and Electronic Security Systems office locations open?
As of now, ALL our office locations are open, but a majority of our team is working remotely. To help protect everyone from the spread of COVID-19, we are avoiding in-person meetings with customers and vendors, and will be conducting meetings via phone, email and video conferencing. Once the stay-at-home orders are lifted, all our office locations will be back to business as normal. To view our locations, please visit our contact page.

What is the protocol for installations and/or repairs for doors, frames, hardware, security systems, etc.?We will work with you to address any changes that may be needed regarding timelines, as well as how we can best protect our customers, employees and our communities. Our employees must stay home if they are ill, have had contact with anyone that has been ill, or have recently traveled to an area with a high rate of illness. As well as follow the social distancing requirements by staying 6 feet away from others. To learn more, please read our COVID-19 Pandemic Response Plan.

What happens if a delivery needs to be rescheduled, or if a jobsite is temporarily closed?
Please contact us if you have temporarily closed, have plans to stop operating, if you have orders that require changes, or if you need to schedule new shipping dates. This information will help us efficiently manage your projects.

Are LaForce and Electronic Security Systems still taking on new customer projects?
Yes! It may be tricky to meet in-person, we can still start discussing ideas, developing quotes, and creating schedules. We have decades of experience in keeping businesses safe and secure. From hands-free hardware for healthcare settings, security solutions for educational environments, building code expertise in egress and fire door safety, architectural services for complex building plans, or simply installing a door closer – we’re here to help.
