RE: Update – Our Response to the COVID-19 Crisis

To our Customers and Vendors:

This last week has been a whirlwind around the globe and LaForce has been no exception! We have been making rapid changes throughout the company with two goals in mind: to continue to serve our customers to the best of our ability and to keep our employees safe. I can confidently say that we have made huge strides towards these goals.

Our offices and locations are operating a little differently due to the guidelines from the CDC and other federal agencies. We have a significant portion of our team set up to work from home and our IT department has gone above and beyond so that no project falls behind. The employees that are working from our offices are practicing social distancing. They are encouraged to stay six feet away from each other, disinfect common areas, and stay home if they are feeling sick.

We have also been working closely with our vendors and customers to ensure safety for everyone during this crisis. Our offices are accepting visitors by appointment only, we are complying with customer safety requests when visiting jobsites, rescheduling installations for customers (especially in areas such as healthcare buildings), and conducting as much business over phone or email as possible – all to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.

While this is uncharted territory for us – as it is for everyone – I am proud of how the LaForce team has come together to ensure that we are there for our customers and each other. Our employees are demonstrating that if we work together we can adapt, remain successful, and even become stronger.

While we all miss the face-to-face interactions with each other and our customers, we want to do our part to help keep our communities safe.
