National Volunteer Week shines a spotlight on volunteers and the nonprofits they support. At LaForce, our love for giving back is central to who we are. Through volunteering, we uphold our values and make an impact in our local communities. We want to celebrate our LaForce team whose dedication uplifts those around us in countless ways. This week, we proudly honor LaForce’s unwavering passion for giving back. Together, we show that every act of service, big or small, can have an impact.
In 2025, our LaForce volunteers completed over 500 hours of volunteering, and this year we aim to complete even more. With many LaForce locations throughout the U.S, we have impacted communities nationwide. Every year, we expand our community involvement through our volunteering efforts. The LaForce Volunteer Program
LaForce’s Volunteer Program is an integral part of our work-life balance. Each employee is eligible to use up to six paid hours for community service. The program is coordinated by an internal committee that organizes monthly volunteer events. The committee’s main objective is to provide meaningful opportunities for employees to support important causes. These events allow employees to contribute to the community during the workday. Our volunteers have participated in projects such as food drives, trash cleanups, teaching students, donating books, making blankets for animal shelters, and much more.
Recognizing the People Behind the Impact
Our team demonstrated dedication both in the workplace and through their volunteer efforts. Each year, we recognize those who exceed expectations in their community involvement, establishing positive role models for others. As participation increases annually, morale and commitment within the workforce are further strengthened. Teamwork fostered through these volunteer events enhances support and builds stronger connections among employees. We appreciate all LaForce volunteers who have contributed to the community through their service or direct donations.
