This move represents a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and expanding our capabilities in the Southeast region. A New Chapter in Tampa
We will be relocating our current operation for our Security division and combining it with a newly formed door, frame, hardware, and building specialties operation. Our new location at 120 North 20th Street is a standalone, move-in-ready building that offers the space, infrastructure, and flexibility we need to support our growing operations. With 34,000 square feet of total space, including 4,000 square feet of office space, the facility is designed to enhance both our internal workflows and customer experience.
This relocation isn’t just about a new address—it’s about creating room to grow. The additional space allows us to scale our services, increase efficiency, and better support our team as we continue to evolve and meet the needs of our customers.
