Green Bay, WI, March 25, 2025 – LaForce, a leading supplier of commercial door opening products, services, and security solutions, announced today they have signed a definitive agreement to acquire GSA Security, Inc. The transaction is subject to satisfaction of customary conditions to closing.
GSA Security, located in Tampa, FL, has over 20 years of experience in the security industry and is led by Nancy Baron and Matt Wurthner who started the business in 2005. GSA Security is a low voltage electrical contractor that provides physical security solutions including voice and data cabling, camera systems, card access systems, radar solutions, and assessment consultation services for a diverse set of clients in Florida.

GSA Security will operate under its own name and stay in its current location in Tampa. There will be no immediate changes for their customers or vendors. Sandra Jones and Company acted as financial advisor to GSA Security.
