To our valued customers and partners,

As global concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, we’re doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace while also minimizing the disruptions to our day-to-day operations. The well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority so we have decided to place a temporary ban on visitors at all our locations, effective immediately. This includes personal visitors and non-essential business visits from vendors, customers, and suppliers.

Furthermore, we are moving to flexible work arrangements to some degree. Employees may be working remotely if their job allows. For those whose job requires them to be onsite we are taking added steps including staggered work schedules, social distancing and additional safety and cleaning procedures to help protect and support our employees.

Our leadership team is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves and to adjust our operations so that we may continue to serve our customers. We are in the business of “life safety and security,” which matters more now than ever before. Additionally, we need to stay true to our corporate values which include employee welfare and community responsibility. We are all in this together and we are dedicated to doing our part in helping everyone stay safe.
